Luma Research Peptides aims to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered in proper condition. This policy explains the circumstances under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be issued.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• be unused and unopened
• remain in their original packaging
• be in the same condition in which they were received
For safety and quality control reasons, research compounds that have been opened, tampered with, or reconstituted cannot be returned.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.
Products should not be returned to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, the following items are not eligible for return:
• opened or used research compounds
• items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
• products returned without original packaging
• orders returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that the return has been received.
We will also inform you whether the refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
To return an approved item, instructions will be provided by our support team after your request has been reviewed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
